The organization is managed by a board of directors. It consists of seven menbers appointed by the majority shareholders. They have the power to approve or reject the sheet made by the board.
Mr. Alejandro Vittone, who is a mechanical engineer, is A.R.A.S. president. He´s collaborated with A.R.A.S. from the start and he´s been the director of the organization for 8 years.
The educational centre “Cuatro Vientos” has reached a great significance due to, the board decided in 2013 to appoint a general director, whose name is Fernando Armas and who is an electrical engineer.
